Important notice: According to the Microsoft licence terms, the product key is only intended for one activation. The length of use is unrestricted, so long as the product is used on the same device. In the event the computer is reformatted, rebooted or if any changes are carried out to the hardware, there is no longer a guarantee that the key will continue to work on the computer. For your information: We are selling a legally acquired product. It does not concern an item connected with a volume licence. In the event the product has been labelled with OEM in the item description and/or heading, the corresponding copy of the software for which you are purchasing the licence key has been removed or disabled from all devices, data media and other storage places including cloud services. In the event the product has not been labelled with OEM in the item description and/or heading, the original buyer has likewise received only the product key and downloaded the software from the manufacturer. Also in this case, the copy associated with the product key has been removed or disabled from all devices, data media and other storage places including cloud services. You are permitted to download and install available improvements and updates of software from the website of the manufacturer.

The requirements of Art. 5 (1) of Directive 2009/24/EC for the purchase of an ‘exhausted program copy’ are satisfied. On purchasing the product key, you receive the option for the proper use of the computer program.

OEM versions: (Original equipment manufacturers) offer the buyer an enormous advantage of being able to purchase the same software at a much lower price. The purchase, distribution and use of OEM versions is completely legal in Germany. Trading OEM versions independently of the respective hardware is legally permissible. Since 2011, trade from Europe has been permitted with the rest of the world. The operating system CDs we provide come from manufacturers like Dell, HP or Fujitsu and contain the original software. We purchase these CDs with original licence keys and are able to pass them onto our customers at extremely low prices. The performance and use of the operating systems are identical to the retail versions. The only difference is the type of packaging and that you receive no support from Microsoft.
