Licensee
A license is an authorization or permission to use a legal entity commercially. The parties involved are the licensor holding the right and the beneficiary licensee. They jointly conclude a license agreement.
With such an agreement the licensor grants the licensee rights to use industrial property rights under contractually defined conditions.
